PROJSC is an abbreviation of Projects Specialists Company and was officially registered with the Ministry of Commerce in the mid of 2012, in Jeddah, in the western region of KSA, as a Limited Liability Company (LLC). The company focuses on project management, general contracting for architectural, interior, décor, supplying and trades, fit-out, design, and contracting works, all executed by a professional and dedicated team.

The company was founded in the middle of 2012 by Arch. Yazeed Alhilaly and Mr. Hussain Gadori, both passionate pioneers with double master’s degrees in project management, business administration, and finance obtained in Australia in 2012.
In mid-2021, Arch. Yazeed Alhilaly assumed sole proprietorship of PROJSC, relocating the company’s headquarters to Riyadh, following Mr. Hussain Gadori’s departure from PROJSC to establish himself as a high-end general contractor serving the entire kingdom, delivering premium results in line with clients’ objectives.
Mr. Hussain Gadori is adept at infusing modern thinking into traditional contexts, blending diverse cultures to yield exceptionally powerful ideas and optimal results. His objective, as articulated in PROJSC’s statement, is as follows: ‘I believe PROJSC presents a genuine opportunity to leverage all my capabilities and aspirations, drawing from my educational and professional experiences, to pioneer innovative approaches to Project Management across various dimensions. Given the rapid changes and global growth, I am confident that combining enthusiasm and knowledge will lead to premium results and outstanding performance.
Arch. Yazeed Alhilaly continues to lead PROJSC, assuming the role of Company Sole Proprietorship LLC in mid-2021. His goal is to enhance PROJSC’s presence in the market, distinguishing it with high-end expertise in Project Management Consulting and Business Leadership, serving a broad range of clients with a commitment to delivering premium results and achieving partner objectives.
With eighteen years of diverse professional experience in project management, program management, partnership direction, PMO support, architecture, interior design, building and infrastructure supervision, and general contracting, Arch. Yazeed Alhilaly has held the position of Project Manager (PM) in both KSA and Abu Dhabi, UAE, where he served as the Head of Projects for a Fit-out and Carpentry Company LLC.
Drawing on his cumulative understanding, Arch. Yazeed recognizes the paramount importance of human behavior in achieving excellence in projects. He also acknowledges that the ever-changing global economic landscape can impact projects and all stakeholders. His depth of tacit knowledge and expertise stems from extensive practice and education, including degrees in BSc Architecture and Interior Design, MScPM, MBA, PRINCE2-P, PROSCI – CHANGE MANAGEMENT Certified, and Operation Management certification from Washington University.
